...is awesome. Some guys from my work started up a game, and I'm in. I started off by buying the geekiest book i could find at the gamestore - "Manual of the Planes". It's all about space and time travel - it decribes heaven and hell, and how to get there. It's awesome.

I then took a step back and bought the three "core" books. Player's Handbook, Monster Manual, and the Dugeon Master's Guide. I havent played this game since i was in middle school, and the rules have been revised a bit. It's now called "Dugeons and Dragons v3.5"; too much time has passed for me to give a good comparison on the differences between this version of the game, and "Advanced Dungeons and Dragons" that I played when I was a kid, but its roughly the same, with a little smoothing out of the rules. The first noticable difference is with Armor Class; used to be, the lower the better. Now it's the higher the better.

Gotta go for now. I got a bunch of Testors paints, some thinner, and some brushes. Gotta go paint my 1st Level wizard's metal figure.

It's friday night and leaving from work, waiting for Yen to come pick me up so we can go to a baby party. I feel like i got nothing done at work today. Crap.

Hmmm... just created this site. I feel compelled to use it since my brother has been working on it for so long, though I don't think i'm the kind of person who would maintain a blog over the long term. Seems like too much work. We shall see!
